Deep and intense ruby red color with beautiful brown reflections. First nose very vanilla and greedy. Notes of jammy black fruits and brandy cherries develop quickly after airing. The whole is enhanced by the freshness of the spices (white pepper) brought by aging in very melted barrels. The palate is full of finesse and offers a nice fruity aromatic return. The tannins are supple and silky. The roasted aromas and the spicy touch provide a nice length in the mouth.
